minor update

Minor update fixes some things.
v.021 changes:
- fixes erratic control when using gamepad
- added support for gamepad start button
- added redesigned logo card at startup
- more balanced powerup item distribution
- more balanced number of enemies appearing on screen
- fix sprites appearing offscreen
- added laser motif to title screen
