DreamyQuest bug fixes

This update addresses some much needed bug fixes. 

v0.21 "swarm2a" changes:

• fixed jump press to allow jumping longer when button held down
• fixed default walk speed sluggishness
• fixed bug where flower animation doesn't play
• fixed bug where golden wind spell is only able to be cast once
• fixed bug where bee swarm causes slowdown
• fixed bee swarm animation
• fixed bug where flower still shows even when player has no flowers
• fixed seagull motion
• fixed bug where kelp animation doesn't show
• fixed bug where flower animation doesn't show
