A little housecleaning

Mainly just minor polishing with the addition of a splash screen.
v006 - changes:
- Invert color of clock timer from white to black
- Added Soybaby timed splash screen & sfx from Cyborg Warrior
- Adjusted timing on title screen after pressing start
- Changed title screen screenshot to animated gif on game page
